Signs of agreement

On Monday 23 January, Infrabel and De Lijn signed an agreement on cooperation between the two companies.

This agreement is intended to improve the exchange of information and expertise between both parties.

The objective of the agreement

The aim is to improve the efficiency and quality of rail and bus transport in Flanders.

Specific projects

The agreement provides for concrete projects, such as:

• the development of a joint information system;
• the optimization of rail and bus connections;
• the promotion of multimodal transport;
• and the improvement of accessibility for people with disabilities.
